Upon creating a Concession agreement, the reference can be assigned automatically if the parameter specifies so:

  • If the parameter has the None value, the automatic numbering will not be activated. It will be mandatory that the reference be entered by the user.
     
  • If it has the Mandatory value, entering the reference will not be possible: it will be assigned automatically upon validation.
     
  • If it has the Optional value, the reference can be entered: by default, it will be assigned automatically upon validation.

So that the automatic numbering can be used during the creation of the Concession agreement, a sequence number counter must be set up and assigned to the Concession agreement referencefield in the Fixed Assets module. (Functions Sequence number counters and Sequence number counter assignment).
